Deadlift

Deadlift (w/ Centurion suit)

453 x failed right above the knees

Block pulls (two 45s and two 35s? - right at knee level)

Greg and I will be hitting these hard for the next 3 weeks leading up to the meet since we both have a weak point right above the knees.
