Leg Day

Lunges:
275 x 4
285 x 4
295 x 4

Banded hyperextensions:
2 blues x 10, 10, 8,
2 blues + 1 purple x 7, 8, 8?

These are hard, but don't hurt my back. For now, they'll suffice for some lower back work.

Shrugs:
405 x 10
455 x 10, 12, 15

Finished with some new super secret foam roller transversus work.
