The Savickas press is an overhead press done sitting down, so there's zero leg or hip drive involved.

i've Hit 255x3 push Press, 205x3 Standing press and 175x3 Savickis. its reallllly hard, and it uses a ton of core also. I'm seeing a good carryover and finally putting size on my shoulders i can notice.

No. The shoulder size is from shirt work. And that's why Ryan should get some damn gear.

It's strange that you're talking like you've been trying to get me to go equipped for some time and that I have refused. I'm open to trying equipped, but I don't know what gear to get, and I'd like to train equipped with other people who have, and who are also training.
