7/11 Squat 1

Took all of Cycle 1 off (3 weeks) from squatting b/c of hip. First day going heavy.

5x5 Squat
145x5
155x5

160x5

As Nick says, pause = bad on TFL. No go.

5 Rounds
20 Box Jumps (22" box)
40 Double Unders

pause squats are not good if you have tight flexors or a TFL.

hence why i didn't do it. and didn't have bands, so didn't do any other assistance.
