Ryan Squat 7/25/11

What a day.

365 x1 (40lb PR from last cycle, 20lb PR overall)
375 xfail (my back rolled over. Mental note: work on your f$#king elbows and big chest)

Damn Ryan, that didn't even look that hard! Great work man...see, you don't need me there by your side to train...it looks like you're rate of improvement has increased since I left lol

It's strange; I step up to the bar telling myself in my head "elbows, elbows, elbows" and as soon as I pick up the bar I forget all of that. I'm disappointed in my leaning forward, but I'm happy with my progress. I've got a few more pr's (hopefully) to take down this week.

Another minor thing you should consider is letting the weight settle after unracking it before walking it back. In this video you took the weight up and stepped back all in one motion. You controlled the weight fine but this won't work so well once the weight gets heavier.

As for the other PRs...275 bench + 535 dead?

I really appreciate the criticism. I was really amped to get this weight, that's why it was in a quick motion, but I'll definitely take into consideration once the weight goes up.

275 bench and dl should be a surprise
