Chest supported row, upright row superset

Squat
295 x 3 x 3
Some sets started ugly but I fixed it in the middle and end

Front squat
175 x 5 x 4

Leg press, cable abs superset

Was at probably 9+, don't know what it would've been if I had a liftoff. Just thinking I should've improved more than 5 lbs from November.
