CONDITIONING WEEK #2


Time: 0:50. Weight: 213.

Deadlift (sumo) 265x5 (50%), 315x4x2 (60%), 370x3x3 (70%)

Incline bench 195x4x3 (70%)

Dips BWx8x3

Lunges 135x5x3

Flexibility - hip flexors


Some peeps were doing this awesome exercise. It's like a military press, except at the bottom you squat down onto a ball and bounce up, launching the weight off your shoulders at the top. Preferably done with a maximum of 95 lbs.

Rene has a stash of chalk hidden in a corner on top of a fire extinguisher case. And when I mean stash of chalk, I mean just a small mountain of chalk (no container). I forgot mine, so I got to use some of his. Awesome.
