Week B Redux: #3

Also, I was hungry going into this since I got stuck in traffic.

365 x 1
385 x 1
405 x 1 (felt shitty, didn't take another rep)
405 x 1 + 1 x FAIL (got out of heels groove for the shoes, pitched forward a bit)
405 x 2 (FINALLY, hit the groove perfectly, felt easy, +10 PR)

Just need to make sure to sit back on my heels; otherwise I tilt forward and can't recover under heavy weight.

Rippetoe-Style Standing Overhead Press:
185 x 1
210, 4/4/3/3 (2 sets of 4 reps + 2 sets of 3 reps)
230 x 1 (ha, EASY, +5 PR)

Conventional Deadlift:
365 x 1
445 x 3 (+20 PR)

I was suppoed to hit 435 x 3, but some cock-bag was repping 315 like it was hot shit. Then he busted down to 225 to keep repping it. So I just added the 50 kg plates to 225, which is 225 + 220 = 445. F that dude.
