Lower Back Day

Tried to do a lower back day without deadlifting.

Good Mornings:
135x8
225x5
275x5
315x5
335x5
355x5

Box Squats with a wide stance (does this even do anything for the lower back? it works the hips though right?):
225x5
275x5
305x5
325x5
335x3

Hyper Extensions holding a 25lb plate:
40 reps
50 reps

Stiff Legged Deadlifts:
135x8
225x8
275x8
275x8

Cable Abs:
5 sets of some sort of weight

What you call cable abs is probably the same as standing abs that you asked about before.

Box squats will work your back some, but its mostly hips, especially with a wide stance. Make sure you pause/relax at the bottom, too.

Nice weights by the way...

Brent, this is a standing ab pull. I do them with a rope handle since I don't have spud straps.
