215 the first was a little high and went low enough on the second but couldn't drive it all the way up.

GMOP

I was still trying to get a feel for the GMOP and finally on my last set I felt comfortable. I think i just was trying to strait leg it too much without any bend in my knees all and as Matt pointed out I wasn't arching my back at all. After it relaxed my legs and arched my back it felt much better.
