Squat

Couldn't make it tonight so here's the early workout:
Squat
245 x 5
255 x 5
265 x 5
270 x 5 -PR, nobody was watching depth so I guess it was questionable

Pause squats (no bands so these were substituted)
205 x 3
215 x 3
225 x 3

Lunges
135 x 8 per leg
155 x 8 -tough set
165 x 6

Standing abs
110 x 10, 10, 10, 12

Thanks guys, but this PR means nothing if Darvin hit 275 x 5...I'm waiting for him to post his workout.
