Sumo Stiff-legs:

225x8, 8, 8

Ab Wheel
Ball Abs


It seems like I'm doing a lot more than I actually am in these workouts. Dave made fun of me as usual for doing my "unique" exercises, and for not wearing pants while squatting. Ab strength and hamstring strength need to come up if I want to squat big in November.

Ab strength needs to not be worried about and leg strength needs to go up if you want to squat big.

Haha, it goes without saying that leg strength needs to come up in order to squat more. I just need stronger abs to help take some of the load off of my lower back.

And nice job on the recent PR's Jake. It looks like that system is working well for you.
