315, 345, 365, 385 x 3 (straps up, knees wrapped)

Band-Lightened Squats
345, 345, 365 x 3 (purple bands + suited straps down)
I was able to accelerate into the hole nicely on these, hit depth, and spring back up. It felt like good training.
