That's a strong lockout. 500 deadlift coming soon. Also, nice velt.

Couldn't have done it without the velt, Bit. I'd be lucky to get 405 with any other belt.

well I guess Ryan realized he's strong. make sure you go hard on all your lifts like you did on rack pulls and zerchers for maximal gains.
