3/17/11 Deadlifts

Deadlift:
335 x 3
365 x 1 (My feet slipped, and I couldn't get it off the floor for my second rep)
365 x 3 20 lb PR, 7 lbs over what I did at the meet :)
Rack Pulls:
335 x 3
365 x 3
385 x 3

Had to cut this short to get back to studying.
