Light Pre Meet Stuff

Squat
95 x 4, 4, 4

Bench
Bar x 18, 18, 18

Deadlift
135 x 4, 3, 3

Did a bunch of stretching afterwards.

It's been 7 days since my last real training session. I miss training a lot already. I even had a dream about doing heavy squats last night. How sad is that?

good choice not to go for a 4th rep at 135 on those last 2 sets and to save it for the meet.

Didn't want to overtrain. I also found that 18 reps was the optimal number for bench to avoid severe overtraining.
