Chest and Upper Back etc.

Not too much volume on my second day back. Worked out with Kevin (my mom's fiancé)--he's hella strong. Did like 8 reps at 275. I managed one?

Bench:
3x10 @ 135lbs
3x6 @ 185lbs
3x4 @ 225lbs (I made a joke later online that I felt like Nathan)
1x1 @ 275 - ouch
1x8 @ 135lbs ultrawide (holding the collars)

Hammer Press:
1x20 @ 1 plate - incline
2x2x10 @ 2 plates - one on incline, one on decline giant set style.

Pull Downs:
1x15 @ 135lbs - a joke warmup; a guy who was actually there to workout wanted to work in with me (he was supersetting with something? I dunno. But I could tell he kind of smurked at first).
1x10 @ 180lbs - the same weight he was doing; he seemed a little confused.
1x8 @ 220lbs - when he lowered the weight he shot me a glance and I just nodded.
1x6 @ 275lbs - he walked up when I was doing this set. It was pretty easy and he was visibly impressed. Told him it was all his.

Pec Dec:
1x20 @ 220lbs (full stack) - I did this as a joke after some big guys finished on it and were strugling.

Seated Cable row:
1x6 @ 220lbs - too easy
1x6 @ 275lbs - easy enough
1x5 @ 300lbs (full stack) - much harder; but the row grip had no grooves, so it was tough to hold onto.

Notes: for grip, I'm only going to say this once (at least, once this post): MONKEY BARS. DO IT. DO IT NOW.
