First day using the shirt since the August competition. I used the size 44 RageX. Also, this was the first time using a shirt WITH my new wide grip.
Shirted Bench Press:

Pretty excited considering I only got 275lb for bench in the August competition. The wide grip definitely is more comfortable for me.
Board Press (don't have boards so Steve stacked up 5lb plates and wrapped them with a wrist wrap):
245x5 (off 4 5lb plates)
275x4 (off 5 5lb plates)
285x5 (off 6 5lb plates)
315x3 (0ff 6 5lb plates. Spot on reps 2 and 3)
Tricep Pushdowns:

Dumbell Incline Flys:

Wtf? Guys, try getting your hands on some foam of some sort. For example, you know those kickboards that they give to little kids at the swimming pool? Turns out those duct-taped together make great boards. Try sporting goods stores.
