Thanks Dave. I'm not sure how plausible this is since I basically have no idea what my squat max is right now, but I want to try for 300 at the meet in November.

300 should be easy for you. I would put you in the 330 range for a max right now, based on your past few squat workouts.

Wow. I guess its all individual lol. I got 265x5 and got stapled by 295 2 workouts later.
