Bench

Nice to be back in the gym..started getting withdrawals.

Dumbbell bench
60s x 4 sets of 10

Stability bench
20s/side x 10
27.5s/side x 10, 10

Skull crushers
60 x 10, 10, 13
70 x 10
Probably will start doing these again barring any elbow pain.

Wide grip pullups
BW x 12, 12, 12, 10

Incline curls
30s x 10, 9, 8

Finished with reverse crunches
