295 x 2 @ 9
300 x 2 @ 9
305 x 2 @ 10
310 x 2 @ 10

My butt came off the bench on the last set. sucks.

Had some fun with the 2.5s today.

Military Pin Press:
185 x 5
205 x 5
225 x 5
245 x 4 @ 10

Last rep was slowwww. like 15 seconds slow.

Finished with some wide-grip pull ups and cable triceps @ 6
