03/05/10 Dead Lift

As the title suggest, it was a Dead Lift day. Horrible focus, horrible lifting - just not with it today.

Sumo Deadlift

405 lbs x 2 reps x 1 sets @ 9 RPE
435 lbs x 1 reps x 1 sets @ 10 RPE

Did some SLDLs, Pull-throughs (green band), Hyper-extensions (blue band)
