3/8 Squat

My lower back has felt like death for the past 2 days, so I went heavy enough to still keep my strength alive, but light enough to allow for recovery. Did Squats, Zercher Squats, calves and abs with poundages not worth mentioning.

10th & Finals weeks are horrible for lifting. Bleh.

no 4 x 5 + 1?

You have to push through the soreness on occasion.

Yeah, it wasnt just soreness, and I've been injured >9000 times in the past by "pushing through". Decided to play it safe this time.

And yes, I know it's lame and/or a personal problem.
