These sets felt weak. I think missing Monday workouts has caught up to me.

Leg press

Pull ups (neutral grip)

Barbell shrugs

275 x 10, 10

270 on leg press??!?!?! You should be doing 450 at least.

You're probably right. I need to not miss squat days with you guys because I end up picking girl weights when nobody tells me otherwise.
