385x2 PR (not too bad, just slow)

Seated GM's: 185x8, 8
225x8, 8

GHR: 8, 8, 8, 8

Back Extensions: 2 sets of 100

Leg Raises: 3 sets

And some biceps to finish. LOL.

As for weight, I am 202. It seems as though excessive eating caused me to lose weight. I like this diet.
