Felt like ass today due to a cold...but no excuses, so here's the training session:
Squats (belted):
warm up
315 X 5
340 X 5 (with knee wraps)
370 X 3 (with knee wraps)
Reverse Banded (green bands) Squats:
495 X 3
495 X 3
525 X fail (tried for 2 reps)
Box Squats with Green Bands Resisting:
225 X 5
245 X 4 (for 3 sets)
Barbell Lunges:
135 X 8 each leg
155 X 8 each leg
185 X 6 each leg (for 2 sets)

When you say knee wraps do you mean competition tightness (or something like that) or just loose?
Also, got your IMs. Word.
I wrapped them loose.
