Rippetoe-Style Standing Overhead Press:
200, 3 x 5 (3 sets of 5 reps)
220, 2 x 1

Chin-ups:
Bodyweight + 20 lbs, 3 x 5
Bodyweight + 45 lbs, 1 x 2

Close-grip Bench Press:
225, 8/8/6

220lb rippetoe overhead press?!?! damn. you gotta help me work on my shoulder press phil, i believe it's one of my many weak points.

Brent, I don't think that's possible with the style of training that you guys do. I specifically train certain lifts for several weeks and incrementally add weight every cycle, resulting in consistent progress. You guys "freestyle" (ie pick a set of exercises and go from there). If you want to target your weak points, you're going to need to take control of your training.
