Teh Healings

Mike W. recommends chiropractic, which makes a lot of sense. We beat the crap out of ourselves, so it would be good to fix stuff as well

I'm actually not in favor of chiropracting if your back hurts. The main coach out here put it this way, "if you're sick, you get medicine. If you break something, you get a cast. So why would you go get a spinal massage if you fracture your spine or tear muscles in your lower back? You need to see a doctor and get treatment or surgery"

I think this approach to treating back injury makes more sense. I'm sure that chiropractic therapy has its place, but I seriously do not think it is a substitute for actual treatment of acute injuries to the lower back. If it's just sore, then I would see a massage therapist to work out the scar tissue and loosen the muscles.

Dear Dave, this is meant more as a preventative measure. Massage works good too. They're about the same price. Foam roller, stretching and the Stick are also good options.
