FLEXIBILITY


Maintenance

Quadriceps

Hip flexors

Lying adductor magnus stretch

Tried variety of other stretches, don't feel any, really.

Hip extension

Seated glute stretch

Hamstring stretch: bent knee and straight

Adductor stretch: wall, squatting, seated

Ankle

Toe pulls and circles

Calf stretch: bent knee and straight

Feel strange pain in right ankle during soleus stretch.

Foot arch stretch


Since I was working on a paper for ASPLOS, I only took a little time to do some flexibility stuff. Note: After going to physical therapy a few days later, the pain right ankle is the ankle joint restricting the range of motion. If I press on it, it goes away, but whatever.
