SHEIKO CONDITIONING WEEK #2

Second day of Sheiko. This is the main deadlift day.


Deadlift, sumo 270x5 (50%), 320x4x2 (60%), 360x3x3 (70%)

Incline bench press 195x4x3 (70%)

Dips Bodyweight x8x3

Lunges 135x5x3


Some extra upper-back work not part of Sheiko...


Pull-ups Bodyweight x10, x8, x7

Very little rest on these.

Hammer curls. 30x10x2


I also went to PT today...


Physical therapy

Soleus massage

Calf stretch

Adductor massage
