Conventional Deadlift:

Then Kevin messed up his back and vommited in our buddy's gym bag.

Returned 5 hours later to finish the workout.

Sumo style rack pulls:

Hanging leg raises:
15lbs x 7 then bodyweight x 8 (2 sets)
bodyweight x 8 (3 sets)
