Upper Back Day

Upper back:
Shove barbell in corner and use V-bar to do rows: 3 plates x8, 4 plates x8, 5 plates x7, 6 plates x7, 7 plates x5 (nasty form on this one)

Underhand grip weighted pullups: bodyweight x8, 1 plate x8 for 2 sets, 1 plate+25lb x5 for 3 sets

T-bar rows angled grip: 2 plates x10, 3 plates x7 for 3 sets

Biceps:
Hammer curls: 40s x16, 50s x16, 55s x14, 60s x10 (nasty form on this one)

Seated preacher curls, inner grip: 20lb each side x8, 25lb each side x6-8 for 3 sets
