SHEIKO WEEK #1; #1

- Bench 150x4 (55%), 165x3 (60%), 195x3 (70%),
205x3x4 (75%)
- Squat 205x5 (50%), 245x5 (60%), 285x5x4 (70%)
Didn't stretch enough or give myself enough rest. Hips were shooting up. I might feel it in my adductor
tomorrow.
- Bench 150x4 (55%), 180x4 (65%), 195x4x4 (70%)
- Flies 25x10x5 (10%)
- Good mornings 165x5x5 (40%)
- Stretching

First real day of Sheiko for Dean and I. 30 sets today, without much rest for any of them, so it was pretty tiring. I need to find some way to get myself prepped for squats without falling too far behind Dean. I can't afford to rush things like I did today.

Also, I had physical therapy earlier today:
- Physical therapy
- Right ankle mobility
- Right soleus massage
- Calf stretching
- Balance work on bosu ball and foam roller
- Eccentric calf lengthing

In other news, we ordered Dean's Katana last night. Paypal decided to ship it to my billing address (home) instead of @ Pikapp. So I have to work that out tomorrow. Either way, hopefully we'll be able to try it out before Dean leaves for Vegas on Friday. Fun times.
