ME Upper Body: 82%-ish

I was supposed to do the chocked-band bench variation, but decided to hang the bands on the highest pin instead from the supports. So complete deload at lockout, which is how I do squats and deadlifts. Nathans can comment on this setup.

Green-Band Lightened (non-choked) Flat Bench:
Worked up to:
315 x 4

So for the purposes of calculation, I'll treat 305 as 82% (something I could have gotten 5 reps with). 305 / 0.82 ~= 371. So 371 will be the theoretical target for this wave. Next week I'll go for 0.9 * 371 ~= 335 x 3.

Chest-Supported Row:
4 plates + nickel: 3 x 5

Dips w/ Belt:
2 plates: 3 x 8

The 315 x 4 was the second set, too. The first one was 315 x 3 and looked lighter, IMO. Definitely would get 5 on that first one.
