Was this the same style of pin pressing that I do? Or different?

I'm pretty sure it's the same thing. It was done on the seated military press rack with the bar set at about eye level.

Cool, how'd you like them? Also, In front of or behind the head?

We did them in front of the head and they felt like a good exercise for lockout work.
