11.23.09--Heavy Bench

I don't know exactly why, but I was having a pretty shitty lifting day. I either got too ambitious with my weights or I was too tired from the Basketball game and the Bonfire (FUCK 'SC).

Bench Press:

135x4-fail on 5th
135x3-a little bit of help on 4th, failure on 5th

Floor Press:
145x5
135x5
135x4--fail on 5th. "FUCK IT"

Triceps Pull Down:
60x12
90x12x2
100x10
