Warm-ups felt great. As soon as I walked out 405, everything felt heavy. whoops!
Band-lightened Squat:
495 x 3
545 x 3
585 x 3
Put the bands on the inside today. ~30lbs harder? 585 was ... fun, especially after 5 x 5 on squats.
Lunges:
185 x 6, 6, 6
No cramping on these this time, thankfully. Pretty gassed by the end though.
Finished with lateral jump work for plyometrics. 4 sets?
