5.5.10--Cinco de Drinco


Lifted with Ben and Luke at 2 today. Didn't feel that great due to soreness from Squat day and just a general malaise that has come over me.

Bench Press:

On one of these, I had a slight fuck up in that I lost the tightness in my scaps, so I locked out one side right into the rack. It was weird. I also had one instance where I brought the bar up and hit the rack 3 different times. Weird.
