Felt a little rough today from running on 3.5 hours sleep and no appetite.

Started hitting the wall here. Darvin once again let me fail and sit there with the bar on my chest while he figures out how to spot. <3

Only meant to do 4 sets, but forgot about the first one. My triceps were on empty by the end. I plan to rotate these in every two weeks to get more tricep work in. Also, I want to do my bodyweight for 1 rep at some point...
