Squats

I got 3 hours of sleep last night (personal problem) and fully expected to have a rough workout, but surprisingly it turned out to be a great training session.

Squat
235 x 5
245 x 5
255 x 5, 5, 5 -PR
So today I decided that I would try and go back to a narrower stance which is what I used at my first meet in November. It felt pretty good..or maybe I'm just saying that because of the PR.
Pros -more pop out of the hole, easier to push knees out
Cons -knees have to come further forward for me to hit depth, it's harder to hit depth because it's a longer distance down
Let me know if you guys have any opinions on this.

Band-lightened squats (greens on the inside of the plates)
405 x 3, 3, 3
Have to work on being fast into the hole on these. First set was slow as shit.

Lunges
135 x 8 (per leg)
145 x 9 (instead of 8 because of a minor counting error)
155 x 8 -probably would've stopped at 6 reps if Matt, Ben, and Akram weren't there yelling at me

Foam roller jumps (plyometrics)
3 sets of 15-20
