05/05/10 Bench

Again this was a harder session for me. I like the extra day hitting my upper back and accessory stuff but doing it a day prior to a bench day, hurts my bench. I am not sure what to do about it.

Normal Grip Competition Pause Bench

245 lbs x 3 reps x 2 sets @ 8.5 RPE

235 lbs x 3 reps x 2 sets @ 9 RPE

JM Press (Elbows Out)

95 lbs x 8 reps x 1 sets @ 7 RPE
115 lbs x 8 reps x 1 sets @ 7 RPE
135 lbs x 8 reps x 1 sets @ 8 RPE
155 lbs x 6 reps x 2 sets @ 8.5 RPE

Incline Bench

165 lbs x 6 reps x 1 sets @ 8 RPE
175 lbs x 5 reps x 1 sets @ 10 RPE
165 lbs x 6 reps x 1 sets @ 9 RPE
165 lbs x 6 reps x 1 sets @ 9 RPE
