Shoulder-Stance Back Squat:

Standing Overhead Press:
235 x 1
215 x 4/4/3/3

Conventional Rack Pulls @ 4 Quarter Mountain:
I stacked 4 quarter plates on top of each other at Wooden and dubbed it 4 Quarter Mountain. Since this setup is so janky, I only did singles.

545 x FAIL (no so easy)
