Haha, guess not. It could originally be found here under "Max Effort Waves", but they yanked it (and others) off of their site. Google cache turned up empty, though you might have more success. I sent you a Python training calculator that I made for it, so that should explain it.

I think it's just go for 5RM one week, 3RM the next, 1RM the next week on a standard Westside template.
