Week B #1: In the Drink

This sucked.

Gear:
Belt

Shoulder-Stance Back Squat:
405 x 1

Hardest rep ever, so canned it.

Medium-Grip Bench Press:
315 x 1
315 x 2
315 x 1

BLEH.

Conventional Deadlift:
451 x 1 (Belt)
451 x 1 (No-belt)

This is probably the worst cycle ever. Feel pretty de-conditioned to the work, and don't have any power right now. Hopefully the C week will smooth things out and I can have one last productive cycle before the USAPL meet.

Makes sense. When your volume = 0 it's tough to stay in condition.

Yeah, the holidays are a bitch as far as being consistent.
