Week A #1

Felt like ass due to lack of sleep this weekend, so dropped the weights a bit and turned up the volume.

Shoulder-Stance Back Squat:
350 x 2 (BLEH)
315, 5 x 5

Medium-Grip Bench Press:
295, 5 x 3 (5 sets of 3 reps)

Stiff-Leg DLs
315, 3 x 8 (+10 PR)
