Squat 11/28/11

Squat:
Warmups: bar x 7, 70 x 5, 95 x 4, 115 x 2, 135 x 1
First attempt: 145 x 1 (@6, way too easy; just wanted to make sure I could hit this)
First attempt: 155 x 1 (@7, what I actually want for my first attempt)
Second attempt: 165 x 1 (@8-, even this felt super easy)

Pause Squat:
135 x 3 x 3

Zercher Squat:
85 x 5
95 x 5 x 2
