Hmm, I distinctly remember hitting a bench PR, but looking back I guess that was the 215 from before. The memory of 225 is so vivid though; I even have a memory of mentioning breaking 2 plates to someone else. But looking back at the log it doesn't look like that was possible considering I've been doing singles of 215 for the past few cycles. Dammit dammit dammit dammit.

I think I'll wait until winter's over and add in cardio. Interestingly I've stayed at the same weight while all my shirts have gotten subtly tighter so I might be getting there as a side effect.
