Extra Workout

Barbell Complex:

Standing Overhead Dumbbell Press:
70s, 8/6/6/5 (24)

Got up at 5:00 today and tired from getting used to new format, made these hard.

Hanging Leg Raises:
Bodyweight, 4 x 6

Also, Elite had to refund my Metal Squatter since they didn't have the sizes I wanted (apparently it's discontinued). So no new squat suit for now (the deadlifter is coming next week). I'll put off getting a new squat suit until I can't get any more use out of my Hardcore. I'll get either a Centurion or TRX at that point.

From the pictures I saw, that squat suit would have fit you pretty well once it was stretched out? That hard core you have used to be tight on me... :'(

Phil, about how much did you get out of your hardcore when you first used it? Steve Denison is shipping me one soon, and I was curious.

Huh, not too sure. I think we tested me at 405 x 2 in the suit (w/ knee wraps) vs. 365 x 2 in belt only at some point in late 2007.

In March of this year I squatted 473 in contest (no knee wraps) vs. about 385 x 2 in a belt.

So it's something like 75 lbs + whatever knee wraps give you.
