Hammer Curls

Taught my sister how to spot a bench press today. Got a PR on the reverse grip, but I was Gregging pretty hard on the last 2 reps.

Also, the gym scale read 225lbs bodyweight. Not sure if its off by a few pounds or I've gotten larger. Had to buy new pants today so I'm leaning towards the latter.
