7/21 Press

Weight: 212

Barbell Press: 95x5
105x3
115x3
125x3
105x10 (PR), 8

Dips: 11, 11, 8, 8, 8, 4 (shooting for 50 total reps)

and some swimming afterwards to stretch things out. Not much variety in the workout, but I think its best for me to stick to just a few basic exercises at this point, and work the hell out of them.
